For natural gas pipelines, prepares engineering designs, specifications, studies, cost estimates and the development of sound technical recommendations. Coordinates and directs development of work scope, budget, and schedule for projects and tasks. Coordinates input from, and participation with, various departments within the Company as needed to meet project objectives.
The Scheduler will work on the numerous aspects of the scheduling, planning, analysis, and reporting required by the organization. Under minimal supervision scheduler will use Microsoft Online (Microsoft Project) to create, maintain, analyze, and report on the project, in support of internal and external requirements and best industry standards. The successful candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player capable of working inside and outside the team, project, activity, or function.

Responsible for the design of deliverables associated with the civil/structural portion of substation design projects supporting one of our largest electric utility clients. Design activities include the development of relay house drawings, foundation layout and details, steel layout and details, oil containment drawings, firewall drawings, grading, drainage and paving drawings and the complete bill of materials. The position will be reporting directly to the Substation Engineering Manager.
The WTP project is the largest undertaking of its kind and one of DOE’s most technically challenging cleanup projects. Its construction spans 65 acres with four major nuclear facilities – Pretreatment, Low-Activity Waste Vitrification, High-Level Waste Vitrification and Analytical Laboratory – as well as operations and maintenance buildings, utilities, other support facilities.
Reports to the WTCC Training Program Supervisor. Responsible to support the WTCC Lead Instructional Analyst with implementing the application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) focusing on job/task analysis, objective/test question design and content development in accordance with requirement area procedures and practices. This position will support training management expectations to ensure consistent adherence to the SAT.
The Financial Analyst 3 will be working in Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting and will be managing and preparing monthly financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, as well as OOR, O&M, Capital Expenditure, EBITDA, and KPI reports and variance analysis. They will be working with the Finance department and submitting the analyses and reports in a timely manner. The Financial Analyst 3 will perform monthly budget to actual variance analysis and identify key variance drivers and provide recommendation on corrective action to ensure that Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) Leaders to stay within budget targets. They will conduct Month-end and Quarter-end Accounting Functions and act as a contact person for ECS reconciliations in SAP Blackline system, perform monthly and quarterly GL account reconciliations and upload the analysis in SAP Runbook in a timely manner, make necessary adjustment for reconciling items, and perform monthly and quarterly journal entries and ad hoc journal entries as needed.
This is a Hybrid opportunity, 4 day remote and 1 day onsite, and the work hours are M-F 8-5.
The Welding Inspector must assure proper welding procedures are qualified and utilized, radiographers are certified, welders are qualified, sound welds are produced, and proper documentation is maintained to include MTRs, detailed as-builts and weld mapping. These activities must be performed in accordance with the appropriate Company specifications and the approved for construction drawings.
The purpose of the Coating Inspector is to provide inspection of contractor’s quality of work in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures as it relates to coating of steel pipe and fittings on pipeline construction projects. The Coating Inspector works under the direction of the Chief Inspector, who may assign additional responsibilities to the Inspector as needed. The Coating Inspector, at the direction of the Chief Inspector, may be asked to double as the Utility Inspector if qualified and within reason given scope of the project.
The purpose of the Utility Inspector is to provide inspection of contractor’s quality of work in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures as it relates to excavation and installation on pipeline construction projects. The Utility Inspector works under the direction of the Chief Inspector, who may assign additional responsibilities to the Inspector as needed.

Bechtel is designing, constructing, and commissioning the world’s largest radioactive waste treatment plant for the U.S. Department of Energy at the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington State.
