Overview

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative support to Construction Inspection teams operating within the client territory on construction projects. The Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the Regional Supervisor, who may assign additional responsibilities as needed.

 

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Upload all inspection reports into the client’s preferred repository
  • Upload all MTRs and other material related items into the client’s preferred repository
  • Finalize and file daily or activity-based reports
  • Organize and store all pipeline construction and material documents
  • Other administrative duties as requested by the client or local E2 management

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

Preferred:

  • Associates Degree in a nontechnical or business discipline with at least 4 – 7 years practical experience
  • BS / BA in a nontechnical or business discipline and at least 1 – 3 years of practical experience in business, administrative, budgeting, or program planning.

Work Environment 

  • Office environment – field office
  • Reports to the Regional Supervisor, based locally with respect to the projects
  • This job operates in a field office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones
