As a Bussiness Analyst, you will be the key support for program managers to ensure that programs receive, analyze, and integrate performance data insights to maximize the effectiveness of a program.

• Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations.

• Validating work order documentation for accuracy.

• Monitoring shared inboxes, respond or forward emails to the appropriate SME.

• Performing PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors.

• Assisting with document management.

• Responsible for developing strategies that support   business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.

• Identifying requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need. 

• Leading implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.    

• Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training.  

• Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options. 

• Collaborating with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.  

• Maintaining a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.  

Required Skills/Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field.
• Possesses 5 or more years of project support or data analytics experience.

• Typing 45 WPM.

• Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills.

• Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint.

• Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions.

Desired Skills/Attributes

• Industry experience: Utility/ Energy, Computer Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, Quality

• Ability to navigate SAP

• Power Bi and Power Apps experience

• Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI

Salary range for this position is $58,900.00 - $73,600.00.  The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
