We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our companywide marketing and proposal efforts. This role will work closely with our Leadership team to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive high-quality proposals that align with our strategic objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing both technical and non-technical proposals, requiring a deep understanding of our services and the ability to translate complex information into compelling proposals for a variety of audiences. This position will be responsible for the creation, ownership, and execution of a successful marketing and social media plan, crafting core messaging and collateral, and participating in industry events and client meetings as needed.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is a hybrid role that is expected to be in our Emeryville offices a minimum of two days a week to colloborate with leadership.
