The Distribution Inspector inspects and ensures that all construction activities are performed within a client-required project scope of work (SOW), specifications, procedures, codes, standards, and safety requirements. This position requires a thorough understanding of various natural gas distribution systems and their implications on the customer/community. The Distribution Inspector is expected to constantly communicate with stakeholders in a high-paced environment while contractors work in restricted spaces and ROW areas within public and private property. Accurate and detailed communication is necessary in this position and will be utilized daily for record-keeping and progress tracking.
The Distribution Inspector works under the direction of the Lead Inspector, who will assign additional responsibilities to each inspector as needed. The duties assigned to the Distribution Inspector will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Hourly rate for this position is $35 and $42 an hour. The starting rate will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
