E2 is seeking mid-level leadership to facilitate the growth within our division as it relates to our Engineering capabilities surrounding liquids and natural gas pipelines and related facilities. The Engineering & Design Supervisor is first and foremost a consultant and is expected to inject best practices, facilitating positive change in an industry that is evolving due to ongoing regulatory changes. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering and Design Manager and will be responsible for supporting the overall mission in meeting client expectations, assessing and maintaining quality of service, developing and mentoring staff, and seeking new business opportunities. This role presents good exposure to E2 and Client leadership and provides upward career trajectory for those that demonstrate exceptional leadership and delivery skills.

Salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
