Overview

The Director of Business Development and Talent Partner for E2 Federal Services, LLC. is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and building client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing Basic Ordering Agreements for staffing services, and collaborating with internal management to drive revenue growth and meet business and client objectives. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement business development strategies, identify new markets and target clients, and assist our small business partners in identifying business opportunities and staffing recruitment.
  • Market research: Analyze market trends and industry developments to find new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client acquisition and relationship management: Identify new leads, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, and act as a point of contact for business opportunities.
  • Marketing: Assist in preparation of client proposals and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with client procurement and E2s project managers to address any staffing needs that arise.  
  • Performance tracking: Provide weekly updates on status of staff augmentation BOAs and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and provide feedback to management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop relationships with potential clients and business partners. 

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in Federal contracting required
  • Strong understanding of recruiting in the Federal Market
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management with at least 10 years’ experience in Federal Market/DOE  OR
  • 15 years’ experience in Federal Market/DOE AND
  • 5 years’ experience minimum in supporting Staff Augmentation Basic Ordering Agreements at Savannah River Site.
