The Product Manager for Research & Discovery is responsible for turning ambiguous business needs into clear, validated, and estimate-ready problem definitions. This role runs discovery, maps cross-channel journeys, identifies constraints, and produces the “Discovery Packet” required for IT to provide accurate estimates and for leadership to make investment decisions. This is a hands-on discovery and research role, not a delivery role and not a people-management role.

This position will pay between $80,000 and $110,000 and salary will be based on skills and experience.
