Overview

E2 is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in our Pasadena area to support one of the largest electric utility clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining/updating project schedules, attending meetings with managers and stakeholders. Also, create routine reports such as summary/lookahead schedules, and key milestones, as well as support the project management team to maintain timely and effective change management process, procedures and systems. The position will work under the direction of a Supervisor and will report directly to the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and/or other similar software.
  • Keeping Project Manager, Department Manager and/or other stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines.
  • Attend regular and as-needed meetings with managers and/or stakeholders.
  • Create routine and as-needed reports, such as summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones
  • Detail oriented, prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relative project information to project design team and/or other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience creating and updating project schedules.
  • 5+ years working in consulting engineering firm or equivalent experience in similar role.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, TEAMs, SharePoint and Outlook)
  • Highly organized, strong communicator and self-starter
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understands project workflows.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft-certification preferred but not required.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

This position will pay between $72,800 and $83,200, depending on experience and skill set.
