The Document Controls Lead will serve as part of the Owner’s Project Management Office (PMO), providing leadership for document management, engineering document control, project records management, turnover documentation, and project closeout throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Commissioning, and Closeout phases of this major natural gas infrastructure project. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting utility, industrial, refinery, compressor station, pipeline, or other large EPC capital projects and understands document lifecycle management from engineering through final turnover.
