The position will work closely with project managers and engineering managers throughout E2’s East Region.  This position must support the overall Risk Management and Integrity Management goals and objectives of our clients and help ensure that our design teams are clearly aligned with our clients focus on pipeline safety.

E2 is looking for a Construction Manager that can provide construction support on pipeline construction projects and related facilities within the Utilities Division.  The successful candidate will work with various teams including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Operations, and the Community. The Construction Manager will be an integral part of a project team to modernize compressors in the natural gas industry in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures and will coordinate daily activities and resources across various construction projects. The primary focus of this role is the construction coordination and execution of projects related to natural gas pipeline construction. This includes, but is not limited to, the coordination of field activities, oversight of inspection teams, evaluation of contractor field performance and the adherence to contracts and State/Federal code. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to compressor modifications, supercharger installation, Fin fan replacement, panel relocation, Hyper fuel installation, Scada and other electrical equipment installation, and Selective Catalytic Reduction replacement. The Construction Manager will need to be able to comprehend ASME, API, and ASTM codes and specifications, P&ID’s, Client Specifications, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Manufacturing Procedure Specifications and be able to apply them to the material or product being constructed.

The Pipeline Designer/Drafter will be responsible for creating design drawings, diagrams, and as-builts for oil & natural gas pipeline projects and related facilities, including existing conditions/locations of all encroaching substructures.  This position will take direction from the Manager, but is also expected to function under minimal supervision.  This position is responsible for understanding and completing drawings in accordance with client standards and specifications.

E2 is looking for a Pipeline Engineer with experience in natural gas and related facilities for natural gas pipelines. They will be preparing engineering designs, specifications, studies, cost estimates, and the development of sound technical recommendations. In addition, they will coordinate and direct the development of work scope, budget, and schedules for projects and tasks. The Pipeline Engineer will also coordinates input from, and participation with, various departments within the Company as needed to meet project objectives.

The Senior SOAR Automation Engineer should demonstrate the ability to act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational projects. In additon, they should also demonstrate the ability to develop and recommend long range goals and objectives, to design, research and develop highly advanced new technological applications resulting in new projects which require major decision making recommendations. The Senior SOAR Automation Engineer will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. The analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. They will ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Seeking a collaborative Help Desk Technician to support a company-wide computing environment. Daily tasks consist of responding to requests on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access. Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, hardware, and software. Training other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. The successful candidate will use Autodesk Inventor to create consistent Transmission and Distribution 3D models and drawing standards. Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Information Technology or related specialized field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Specialized certification may be required. E2 is looking for a Distribution Design Engineer to join our team to support our main electric utility client Puerto Rico.  The successful candidate will incorporate the use of PLS-CADD Lite software for the design and analysis of distribution poles with Distribution Automation devices installed in structures. Utilize PLS-POLE to design structures following LUMA Standards and Design Criteria and Constructability Sign-off Visit Reports. Leverage pre-designed framings to ensure efficiency and ensure compatibility with LUMA Standards. Create structures and perform wind load testing for FEMA 428 (145MPH) and FEMA 406 (160MPH) wind speeds following the Reliability WOP (Work Order Package) Development Guide. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Team Lead and will report directly to the Department Manager.

The Electrical Distribution QA/QC will quality check power line/piping designs and prepare detailed technical designs of moderate to high complexity for additions and modifications to gas and/or electric facilities from onset through completion of project. They will also prepare the construction orders with safe, reliable, and cost-effective designs that conform to standards, material units, safety orders, and governmental regulations. The Electrical Distribution QA/QC will be detail oriented and display strong communication. They will be required to work with project team members to meet specific dates, communicate regularly with the team to complete tasks and ensure all program guidelines and standards are followed. This is a Hybrid role that will require 2-3 days on-site in San Diego.

The Senior Construction Manager will coordinate and manage multiple high-pressure gas projects including piping systems for various project phases. The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for schedules, budgets, process improvement, oversight, and client engagement and satisfaction. This is a Part Time/On Call role.
