The Program/Project Manager 1 will be responsible for procurement and contract management, including reading contracts and understanding terms & conditions (T & C's). The candidate should be someone who is organized and can manage over 50 different clients and contracts. They should also have experience with terminating contracts. It will be the Program/Project Manager 1’s responsibility to understand the contractual obligations, while ensuring terms are met and schedules are followed. Experience in the renewable, utility, and/or solar industries is a plus. There may be some negotiation regarding amendments. The Program/Project Manager 1 should have excellent, written, and verbal communications skills including the ability to coordinate, facilitate, attend, and track meetings, up to 2-3 meetings per day.  

The purpose of the Coating Inspector is to provide inspection of contractor’s quality of work in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures as it relates to coating of steel pipe and fittings on pipeline construction projects. The Coating Inspector works under the direction of the Chief Inspector, who may assign additional responsibilities to the Inspector as needed. The Coating Inspector, at the direction of the Chief Inspector, may be asked to double as the Utility Inspector if qualified and within reason given scope of the project.

Responsible to support the WTCC Lead Instructional Analyst with implementing the application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) focusing on job/task analysis, objective/test question design and content development in accordance with requirement area procedures and practices. This position will support training management expectations to ensure consistent adherence to the SAT.

The Financial Analyst 3 will be working in Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting and will be managing and preparing monthly financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, as well as OOR, O&M, Capital Expenditure, EBITDA, and KPI reports and variance analysis. Bechtel is designing, constructing, and commissioning the world’s largest radioactive waste treatment plant for the U.S. Department of Energy at the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington State. The Hanford Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant will use vitrification technology to process and solidify 56 million gallons (210 million liters) of radioactive and chemical waste stored at the Hanford site, which is a byproduct of plutonium production during World War II and the Cold War era. E2 is looking for a Distribution Design Engineer to join our team to support our main electric utility client Puerto Rico.  The successful candidate will incorporate the use of PLS-CADD Lite software for the design and analysis of distribution poles with Distribution Automation devices installed in structures. Utilize PLS-POLE to design structures following LUMA Standards and Design Criteria and Constructability Sign-off Visit Reports. Leverage pre-designed framings to ensure efficiency and ensure compatibility with LUMA Standards. Create structures and perform wind load testing for FEMA 428 (145MPH) and FEMA 406 (160MPH) wind speeds following the Reliability WOP (Work Order Package) Development Guide. The BESS Design Engineer will be responsible for the design of deliverables associated with Battery Energy Storage Projects taking clients from project conception, siting and permitting to turnkey design, construction, and startup.  The renewables team focuses on renewable generation and battery storage in both the utility-scale market and the commercial/industrial market and offers a wide range of design and project execution experiences. Services include initial battery sizing, use case evaluation, and technology selection to full detailed design. Current projects range in size from 1MW to 500MW with interconnection voltages from 480V to 500kV and include both standalone battery storage and storage plus other renewables such as wind and solar. The position will be reporting directly to the Renewables Engineering Manager.

The Pipeline Designer/Drafter will be responsible for creating diagrams for Gas Utility Pipeline projects. They will be responsible for preparing layout and design of systems using Plant 3D modeling software. This position will function under the direction of Lead Designer. This position is responsible for understanding and completing drawings in accordance with client specifications.

The successful Procurement Agent 3 must have a thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply principles of financial analysis, activity based costing and supply chain methodology for IT contract procurement. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers and gather client requirements and negotiate their support requirements. Assist in negotiating pricing, contract terms and conditions; prepare contractual documents and binding agreements; Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contract strategies. Assist in the development of procurement solutions to best support customer requirements consistent with program and company goals and objectives. Support senior level Procurement Agents with project management activities and develop and deploy supplier strategies and plans. Assist in creation of production control improvement plans and hardware development from engineering definition through certification, tooling development, first article development and buyoff. Develop understanding of supplier capacity and ensure ongoing production readiness and health and the ability to meet rate delivery requirements throughout the supply chain - includes monitoring and management of sub-tier supplier readiness and performance. The schedule is M-F 8-5. It is a Hybrid role with 1 day a week in office with additional day as needed per business/client needs.
