The Scheduler will work on the numerous aspects of the scheduling, planning, analysis and reporting required by the organization. The BESS Design Engineer will be responsible for the design of deliverables associated with Battery Energy Storage Projects taking clients from project conception, siting and permitting to turnkey design, construction, and startup.  The renewables team focuses on renewable generation and battery storage in both the utility-scale market and the commercial/industrial market and offers a wide range of design and project execution experiences. Services include initial battery sizing, use case evaluation, and technology selection to full detailed design. Current projects range in size from 1MW to 500MW with interconnection voltages from 480V to 500kV and include both standalone battery storage and storage plus other renewables such as wind and solar. The position will be reporting directly to the Renewables Engineering Manager.

The Pipeline Designer/Drafter will be responsible for creating diagrams for Gas Utility Pipeline projects. They will be responsible for preparing layout and design of systems using Plant 3D modeling software. This position will function under the direction of Lead Designer. This position is responsible for understanding and completing drawings in accordance with client specifications.

The successful Procurement Agent 3 must have a thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply principles of financial analysis, activity based costing and supply chain methodology. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers and gather client requirements and negotiate their support requirements. Assist in negotiating pricing, contract terms and conditions; prepare contractual documents and binding agreements; Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contract strategies. Assist in the development of procurement solutions to best support customer requirements consistent with program and company goals and objectives. Support senior level Procurement Agents with project management activities and develop and deploy supplier strategies and plans. Assist in creation of production control improvement plans and hardware development from engineering definition through certification, tooling development, first article development and buyoff. Develop understanding of supplier capacity and ensure ongoing production readiness and health and the ability to meet rate delivery requirements throughout the supply chain - includes monitoring and management of sub-tier supplier readiness and performance. The schedule is M-F 8-5. It is a Hybrid role with 1 day a week in office with additional day as needed per business/client needs.

The Procurement Agent 1 should have the ability to independently commit the company by planning and authorizing purchase contracts, contract changes and other procurement instruments having signatory authority. Estimator will work with a Team Lead to develop cost estimate from conceptual design through construction; monitor and reconcile the cost estimate as the design progresses; participate in pre-award value engineering and constructability review discussions; and once the contract is awarded, will review change order proposals, develop a fair and reasonable recommendation, participate in negotiation of changes with the contractor, and prepare the record of negotiation documentation.
