The Material Coordinator / Expeditor works within the Procurement and Supply function to maximize the value that is delivered by providing support across the material lifecycle from planning stages through to execution and closeout. 

The HVAC Mechanic operates, inspects, and services commercial HVACR equipment including air handlers, condensing units, exhaust fans, hot water and steam boilers, chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, pumps, starters, VFD’s, energy recovery units, VAV boxes, compressed air systems and lab exhaust systems.     

The Program/Project Manager 1 will be responsible for procurement and contract management, including reading contracts and understanding terms & conditions (T & C's). The candidate should be someone who is organized and can manage over 50 different clients and contracts. They should also have experience with terminating contracts. It will be the Program/Project Manager 1’s responsibility to understand the contractual obligations, while ensuring terms are met and schedules are followed. Experience in the renewable, utility, and/or solar industries is a plus. There may be some negotiation regarding amendments. The Program/Project Manager 1 should have excellent, written, and verbal communications skills including the ability to coordinate, facilitate, attend, and track meetings, up to 2-3 meetings per day.  

The purpose of the Coating Inspector is to provide inspection of contractor’s quality of work in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures as it relates to coating of steel pipe and fittings on pipeline construction projects. The Coating Inspector works under the direction of the Chief Inspector, who may assign additional responsibilities to the Inspector as needed. The Coating Inspector, at the direction of the Chief Inspector, may be asked to double as the Utility Inspector if qualified and within reason given scope of the project.

For natural gas pipelines, prepares engineering designs, specifications, studies, cost estimates and the development of sound technical recommendations. Coordinates and directs development of work scope, budget, and schedule for projects and tasks. Coordinates input from, and participation with, various departments within the Company as needed to meet project objectives.

The Scheduler will work on the numerous aspects of the scheduling, planning, analysis, and reporting required by the organization. Under minimal supervision scheduler will use Microsoft Online (Microsoft Project) to create, maintain, analyze, and report on the project, in support of internal and external requirements and best industry standards. The successful candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player capable of working inside and outside the team, project, activity, or function. Local candidates preferred, or anybody willing to travel and work from Puerto Rico 2 weeks every month.

Responsible for the design of deliverables associated with the civil/structural portion of substation design projects supporting one of our largest electric utility clients.  Design activities include the development of relay house drawings, foundation layout and details, steel layout and details, oil containment drawings, firewall drawings, grading, drainage and paving drawings and the complete bill of materials. The position will be reporting directly to the Substation Engineering Manager.

Its construction spans 65 acres with four major nuclear facilities – Pretreatment, Low-Activity Waste Vitrification, High-Level Waste Vitrification and Analytical Laboratory – as well as operations and maintenance buildings, utilities, other support facilities.   Reports to the WTCC Training Program Supervisor. Responsible to support the WTCC Lead Instructional Analyst with implementing the application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) focusing on job/task analysis, objective/test question design and content development in accordance with requirement area procedures and practices. This position will support training management expectations to ensure consistent adherence to the SAT.

The Financial Analyst 3 will be working in Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting and will be managing and preparing monthly financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, as well as OOR, O&M, Capital Expenditure, EBITDA, and KPI reports and variance analysis. They will be working with the Finance department and submitting the analyses and reports in a timely manner. The Financial Analyst 3 will perform monthly budget to actual variance analysis and identify key variance drivers and provide recommendation on corrective action to ensure that Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) Leaders to stay within budget targets. They will conduct Month-end and Quarter-end Accounting Functions and act as a contact person for ECS reconciliations in SAP Blackline system, perform monthly and quarterly GL account reconciliations and upload the analysis in SAP Runbook in a timely manner, make necessary adjustment for reconciling items, and perform monthly and quarterly journal entries and ad hoc journal entries as needed.

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative support to Construction Inspection teams operating within the client territory on construction projects. Bechtel is designing, constructing, and commissioning the world’s largest radioactive waste treatment plant for the U.S. Department of Energy at the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington State. The Hanford Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant will use vitrification technology to process and solidify 56 million gallons (210 million liters) of radioactive and chemical waste stored at the Hanford site, which is a byproduct of plutonium production during World War II and the Cold War era. This position serves as the Project Financial Analyst for our client and performs financial tracking, reporting, and analysis to support project team includes annual project specific budgets between $50M to $100M in range at various stages of the lifecycle. E2 is looking for a Distribution Design Engineer to join our team to support our main electric utility client Puerto Rico.  The successful candidate will incorporate the use of PLS-CADD Lite software for the design and analysis of distribution poles with Distribution Automation devices installed in structures. Utilize PLS-POLE to design structures following LUMA Standards and Design Criteria and Constructability Sign-off Visit Reports. Leverage pre-designed framings to ensure efficiency and ensure compatibility with LUMA Standards. Create structures and perform wind load testing for FEMA 428 (145MPH) and FEMA 406 (160MPH) wind speeds following the Reliability WOP (Work Order Package) Development Guide.
