The CCM HCA Methane team is interested in hiring a mid-level Project Manager to assist with the deployment of the HCA Methane project.

The Senior Construction Inspector will provide construction management services for the Fort Jackson Resident Office (CESAC-CDJ), Fort Jackson, SC and for the Charleston District and supported agencies as assigned.  General job responsibilities include, quality assurance, construction management, and construction inspection services support, as directed by a federal resident engineer, to ensure expeditious prosecution of federally contracted building construction projects.

The Project Manager will manage five or more complex projects for planning distribution work.

The Cost Specialist will be responsible for managing the integration of schedules and forecasts and implementing changes into cost procedures.

The Project Engineer will join the Project Execution Team in major natural gas pipeline integrity, retrofits, pipeline replacement, and pipeline hydrotest transmission projects and planning distribution work.

The Material Coordinator will play an integral part of a construction project team to ensure proper materials are ordered and get to the job site on time. Assist in physically reconciling material and material documentation at completion of construction. Primary materials are related to gas piping and instrumentation.

Deploy a new Off-Hour Shift for gas distribution field operations to complement the existing short-notice call-out process to improve emergency response timeframes. 

The Welding Inspector must assure proper welding procedures are qualified and utilized, radiographers are certified, welders are qualified, sound welds are produced, and proper documentation is maintained to include MTRs, detailed as-builts and weld mapping. These activities must be performed in accordance with the appropriate Company specifications and the approved for construction drawings.

A mid-level Cost Engineer position able to work and to provide analytical support on any project. The Project Cost Engineer will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of the various tools and software of Project Services. The Cost Engineer position is a remote role.

The Scheduler will work on the numerous aspects of the scheduling, planning, analysis and reporting required by the organization. Under minimal supervision scheduler will use Primavera P6 to create, maintain, analyze, and report on the project, in support of internal and external requirements and best industry standards. The successful candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player capable of working inside and outside the team, project, activity, or function. This is a remote role.

This position is for supporting E2’s Utility Clients. Estimator will work with a Team Lead to develop cost estimate from conceptual design through construction; monitor and reconcile the cost estimate as the design progresses; participate in pre-award value engineering and constructability review discussions; and once the contract is awarded, will review change order proposals, develop a fair and reasonable recommendation, participate in negotiation of changes with the contractor, and prepare the record of negotiation documentation.
