E2 is looking for a Construction Manager that can provide construction support on pipeline construction projects and related facilities within the Utilities Division. The successful candidate will work with various teams including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Operations, and the Community. The Construction Manager will be an integral part of a project team to modernize compressors in the natural gas industry in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures and will coordinate daily activities and resources across various construction projects. The primary focus of this role is the construction coordination and execution of projects related to natural gas pipeline construction. This includes, but is not limited to, the coordination of field activities, oversight of inspection teams, evaluation of contractor field performance and the adherence to contracts and State/Federal code. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to compressor modifications, supercharger installation, Fin fan replacement, panel relocation, Hyper fuel installation, Scada and other electrical equipment installation, and Selective Catalytic Reduction replacement. The Construction Manager will need to be able to comprehend ASME, API, and ASTM codes and specifications, P&ID’s, Client Specifications, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Manufacturing Procedure Specifications and be able to apply them to the material or product being constructed.

They will be preparing engineering designs, specifications, studies, cost estimates, and the development of sound technical recommendations. In addition, they will coordinate and direct the development of work scope, budget, and schedules for projects and tasks. The Pipeline Engineer will also coordinates input from, and participation with, various departments within the Company as needed to meet project objectives.

The position will work closely with project managers and engineering managers throughout E2’s East Region. This position must support the overall Risk Management and Integrity Management goals and objectives of our clients and help ensure that our design teams are clearly aligned with our clients focus on pipeline safety.

The Scheduler will work on the numerous aspects of the scheduling, planning, analysis and reporting required by the organization. Under minimal supervision scheduler will use Primavera P6 to create, maintain, analyze, and report on the project, in support of internal and external requirements and best industry standards. The successful candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player capable of working inside and outside the team, project, activity, or function.
E2 is looking for a Distribution Field Technician to join our team in our greater Los Angeles area to support several major electric utility clients. The successful candidate will travel at least 90% of the time and will gather information in the field for use in detailed designs of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems. This work includes the preparation of field notes, uploading field information gathered and updating field tracking. The position will work under the direction of the Team Lead and will report directly to the Department Manager.
